Hi, my name is Massimo and I thank you for the time you are dedicating to me.
The Sky Roof Terrace where we serve our kind guests our buffet breakfast every day was born thanks to the many emotions that I have experienced in similar locations around the world and I hope that you too can experience the same sensations that I will carry with me forever.
Breakfast is one of the most important moments of the day and I assure you that living it on a panoramic terrace admiring Corsica in the distance, the Strait of Bonifacio, the famous Rena Bianca beach, the Aragonese Tower, Santa Teresa will be a unique experience that you will hardly live in the future.
You can live this experience from 07.30 until 10.30 and you can choose between:
- our sweet corner consisting of croissants filled with Nutella, forest jam, cream, pistachio, apricot jam, various sweet cakes, etc.
- our savory corner consisting of salami, cheese, mortadella, hard-boiled eggs etc.
- our vegetarian corner or composed of a selection of seasonal vegetables;
- our fruit corner consisting of a selection of local seasonal fruits composed, depending on availability, of grapes, melon, apple, banana, plums, persimmons etc.;
- our corner of SARD I products consisting of amaretti, acciuleddi, papassini, etc
- our corner of local bread , sandwich bread, etc.
-our cold drinks corner consisting of pineapple, orange, pear, peach, ace, apple etc. fruit juices, natural or sparkling water, milk
-our hot drinks corner consisting of coffee, cappuccino, American coffee, chocolate, latte, barley, ginseng dispensed by a professional machine
-our corner dedicated to CILIACS and Intolerants composed of certified products.
